We live in a world that seems to simultaneous get better and worse by the day depending on who you talk to, and your own perspective at any given moment.
What seems clear? While we are solving many problems, others pop up and even more continue to be left unresolved. From our families, work places and in civic and political life, it is clear that facing profound challenges will remain a key part of human existence.
So while we need to continue trying to solve problems, we also need to empower ourselves with the tools to take on the world; we need better tools for resilience. Look no further than the rising rates of profound mental health challenges to see that there is clearly a problem of what we individually have in our mental and emotional toolboxes.
Our Better Selves is trying to tackle this issue straight on. We help participants identify components of their resilience toolbox: primary strengths, secondary strengths, and areas to improve. From there, we key in on actionable steps to improve your individual resilience.
- Minimum 1 hour. Half day or full day modules recommended
- Individual Participant Resilience Assessments
- Deeper understanding of what resilience is/is not
- Actionable steps on how to improve your resilience, and apply resilience to your life (personal, professional) to improve life satisfaction
